    Need help and feedback
    * work with mysql DB
    * multiworld
    * superadmin group (place, break in anywhere)
    * users group (personal, and grouped private regions)

    TODO:
    * on/off PVP on region
    * on/off Interact (Door, Chest, Fuel, etc. lock in region)
