    That's as designed.

If you have an auth-list, only the people in the auth-list can change things. You need to add yourself to the auth-list (from the console)

Supposedly you would have quite a few ops, but some ops will have access to one world or another. You could potentially achieve a similar thing using PurePerms per world permissions, but this is easier for me.

Is there any way you can add a feature so that it runs commands when a block is broken? Maybe nausea x200 for 10 seconds can help prevent people breaking blocks!

Sorry, don't think I would add such a feature.

Can you add dynamic permissions for editinf worlds? Like giving people the permission wp.cmd.protect.world can allow them to build in the world "world" Thanks! This is much simpler than the auth list.

In my case, the auth list is simpler. On the other hand, if you do not want to use the "auth" list you can use the permission: wp.cmd.protect.auth. Then you could pair it with PurePerms which has the option to set per-world permissions.

But people in the auth list can use all wp commands? And even I add myself in the auth list I cn not use any of the wp commands.

So, what you would do is take-away "wp.cmd.addrm" permission for everybody. So people can not add|rm from the auth-list. Then you control everything from permissions. The authlist is meant for when you do not use a permissions plugin.

I have a world named "spawn", and when I type "/wp spawn lock" it says spawn is now LOCKED, but people can still break and build. What is the problem?

Did it ever work before and did it suddenly stopped working?
What version of WorldProtect are you using? What version of Pocketmine? What other plugins (and versions do you have?)
What is the output of "/wp ls spawn"

I am using the 2.0.3 version of WorldProtect. PocketMine-Soft #245 is the pocketmine version. Those I think will have problems is ManyWorlds, PeaceFulSpawn and Iprotector. The output of "/wp ls spawn" is
2015-06-19 20:16:17 [INFO] Details for spawn
    2015-06-19 20:16:17 [INFO] Protect: lock
on a clean server, when I lock it ops can still build. My server, everyone can build!!!

I can not recreate what you describe. Check this video:

Notice that I can lock/open worlds and this works properly. I even do a reload in the interim. Also, I do a few teleports to show that the game mode does not switch back to survival. This is of course with gamemode set to false.
