If you tested, you would find your disable info very redundant.

?You mean it still can't disable?

No. I mean, your disable message is very pointless, and the plugin name is displayed twice.

The disable message isn't necessary since it's automatically there.

Everyone does this. #blameshoghicp for his official example plugin.
