WorldGuard

i need in plugin like worldGuard, where all people (not only admins) can protect area
P.S. give me please this plagin in .phar , not in .zip

I somehow got the I protector .phar but don't worry just download devtools and download the zip and extract to your plugins folder.

If u want to know how to do it please let me know before 9hours because I won't be able to use internet for awhile
