Learn by guessing from examples and searching in stackoverflow. That's how I learnt.

I am waiting for the official release of the latest version of PM to replace the 1.3.12 before i make a plugin in the meantime does anyone know where i can find a place to learn more about php

when I could understand how it worked (so where to put public function etc...)
I bought 2 PHP books and learnt from that
