Hey all.. Been running a linux server for awhile for my kids, and loving it. We are going on a trip tomorrow, and won't have internet access to reach the server, but I've read that the server can be run on Android devices as well. If I downloaded the app, are the files stored in a location that I can access with file managers (like es file explorer, etc), or are they in protected Android area that needs root access? Would love to "bring" the server with us so the kids could play still on local wifi during the trip..

Yes, you can. The files are stored in /sdcard/PocketMine/.

Actually on most devices, changes on /mnt/sdcard are applied to android.os.Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory() automatically.

It was the first replies location for me, on both a tablet as well as a phone ;) Thanks so much for the info, btw - Worked like a champ, even in the middle of the desert where there was absolutely no service :)
