Trampoline This plugin is configurable to let you make any block a trampoline! Changelog: 0.1 - initial release 0.2 - Added an OP check. 0.3 Updated both OP and non OP plugins to API 10 (Pocketmine v1.3.7) Config: Block I This is the block you want to make bouncy and a list of block IDs can be found here: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Data_values_(Pocket_Edition) Block Decimal: Im not sure how to explain this to be honest ... The block decimal is the weird part , this is like the extra bit to the block id ... Only blocks with multiple types have decimals so if you want stone just put 0 for block decimal but if you want something like magenta wool then the id would be normal wool's id (35) and the block decimal would be 2 ... if you need help ask and ill explain it better but if you understand then the link to all the decimals are here: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Data_values go near the bottom and from there you are looking for the numbers labeled in a grid under either DEC or Value! Bounce Factor : This is how high you bounce and its pretty simple ... I think 40 is around the maximum and anything over doesn't work (Not 100% sure i only tested 50 and it didnt work then i tested 40 and it did ) Then anything below is less bouncy 40: Very very high 30: Very high 20: Pretty high 10: realistic high NOTE: you can use any number you like , it doesn't have to be a multiple of ten it could be 27 24 13 18 31 29 ...anything but again bare in mind over around 40 doesn't work [If anyone has a better explanation than this please tell me Plus i wasn't sure if i should call it Block Decimal or go by the wiki name and call it Block Data Value ] Link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/54530622/Plugins Fixed/Trampoline.pmf This is for a version where ONLY if your are an op then you bounce , if you aren't then nothing happens https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/54530622/Plugins Fixed/TrampolineOPonly.pmf
Haha yeah i love it when they work and aren't too hard XD Depends what the request is tbh because I'm still learning so im not the best and soon I need to go back to school and lay off learning php for a bit as i need to be pro at html and javascript for GCSE's
Just wondering, would it be possible to limit who can use those blocks as trampolines? For example, players would have to do /trampoline (or some command) to be able to start jumping, but after the first time it is saved. Then, it can just be enabled/disabled every time someone would do that command. This way, jumping on trampolines could be limited by permissions plugins. After all that, I don't know how hard it is to be able to make something like a line in the config file to change it from default enabled or default disabled. Other than that, this is awesome! You've made some smaller but VERY useful plugins the last few days! I'm excited to see what else you will make.
Hey thanks for the feedback! Awesome ideas , for now I just added an OP check so you only bounce if you are an OP , ill see what else I may be able to do , its just im pretty busy today and im back to school soon so have to focus on Javascript Thanks. Check the original post for the link
Would you mind updating to API 10 or releasing the source code? I'm not sure if you said you were going to still update this plugin or not (there was one that you said you weren't going to...). So uh....I have no way to end this un-awkwardly.......so yeah XD (sorry for the awkward ending)
Sure ill update it in a second EDIT: updated! I might not be able because time but ill try once i get back into the swing of school or maybe tomorrow if i have time
That is why I wanted him to add a command to turn trampolines on/off, so I could use Permission+ to give it to only certain ranks. He could only figure out how to make it for op-only, so I guess that will work until he can figure it out.
I don't really understand how to use this plugin. I placed the white wool but it did nothing. Do u have to be in survival? If not plz reply on how to actually use. Thank for your time!
by default it is magenta wool that is bouncy if you want white wool make the block decimal 0 in the config file - so blick id : 35 and block decimal 0
Hi, I'm dsmm20000, I want to ask something, where you install the plugin? is installed in the path "\ PocketMine-MP \ plugins" or where?, please respond quickly, oh and another question, how old are you?
