This is because a high-quality minigame plugin is very difficult. For the very first question, how can a plugin identify which minigame is the player in? If they are stored in separate plugins, very strange things can happen. If you measure then using worlds, then you are disallowing ops to teleport into those worlds. Many other concerns. We need a centralized minigame core like DynamicHub first.
I personally prefer worlds, its the easiest way. But DynamicHub looks cool
As I said, you are disallowing spectators and operators from visiting the world.
And what about the compatibility between multiple plugins?
