small or too big name

I would like to know how we could define a pseudo moin to 4 letters and 15 letters enters the badUsername.
if so, how: p

If you mean limit the name length,it is limited by PocketMine and there is no way to change it with the API.

it gives accé server with only 5 letter or number if you are banned!

It is because a plugin cancelled your join event, not because of a bad username.
