Hi, I can't seem to disable new accounts with the config option

#If enabled, will set all the permissions for simleauth.command.register to false
    disableRegister: true

I'm using PurePerms so made sure I also set the default rank with permission -simleauth.command.register but still can't seem to prevent people registering new accounts. Did I miss something?

    Thanks

    PM 1.5 dev build 1254, SimpleAuth v1.7.1, SimpleAuthHelper v1.2.3 and PurePerms 1.1.2 + others...

I need help... i got it all right, but its still not working ( invalid mysql settings )
in the spoiler I have included the part of the config i use.

#Sets the data provider (yaml, sqlite3, mysql, none).
#Only use none when there is another plugin that will integrate its dataProvider with SimpleAuth
#Be aware that data is not automatically moved between data providers.
    dataProvider: mysql

    #For MySQL:
    #dataProviderSettings:
    # host: "127.0.0.1"
    # port: 3306
    # user: "user"
    # password: "password"
    # database: "databaseName"
    dataProviderSettings:
    host: "mysql2.000webhost.com"
    port: 3306
    user: "*****_auth"
    password: "*****"
    database: "*****_auth"
( the ***** is my hidden stuff )
    it keeps coming up with
    [09:40:55] [Server thread/INFO]: Enabling SimpleAuth v1.7.1
[09:40:55] [Server thread/CRITICAL]: [SimpleAuth] Invalid MySQL settings
[09:40:55] [Server thread/INFO]: [SimpleAuth] Everything loaded!

    and it annoys me

I had running this plugin good for about 1 year, but now i decided to use PurePerms to manage Permissions and after that nothing is working now SimpleAuth always throws out the "PermissionError" if players try to login or register.
    My Groups.yml:
    Code:
    ---
    OP:
      inheritance: []
      permissions:
      - essentials
      - essentials.gamemode
      - pocketmine.broadcast
      - pocketmine.command
      - pocketmine.command.gamemode
      - pocketmine.command.give
      - pocketmine.command.kick
      - pocketmine.command.teleport
      - pocketmine.command.time
      - pperms.command
      - simpleauth.command.login
      - simpleauth.command.register
      worlds: []
    User:
      inheritance: []
      isDefault: true
      permissions:
      - pchat.colored
      - pocketmine.command.kill
      - pocketmine.command.list
      - pocketmine.command.me
      - simpleauth.command.login
      - simpleauth.command.register
      worlds: []

My Server is also running the latest PurePerms&SimpleAuth. I think it could be a plugin which is causing this?!
I don't understand either, why suddenly SimpleAuth didn't work any further, i did not install any plugins or done another thing to the ServerFolder I just noticed two day ago that you couldn't login or register anymore whether if you had op or not! At this point i want to say that my Server is running on a Mac (Latest Software) and because I don't want to pay electricity bills for nothing the Mac executes at midnight a script which !kills! the server (killall php) and shuts the mac down until 8:00am. I joined at 9:00am and from then on it didn't work anymore! Could it be that some Server Files corrupted at that kill, what never happened before?

By the way, here are my plugins:
    BanItem v2.1, ChestLocker v1.2, CustomRanks v1.0.0, EasyMOTD v1.0a, InventoryClear v1.3, InvSee v0.0.1, NameCorrector v1.0.0#build010, PurePerms v1.1.8, SignPortal v1.1.2, SimpleAuth v1.7.1, TapToDo v2.1.2, Whois v3, WorldProtect v2.1.0

Sorry for any fault in my English grammar, it's not my main language!

Hello so i might get banned or something but try this. Basically i just edited simpleauth amd it wont make any security breaches. The only thing u lost is the enable/disable login and register feature. This should fix the problems on logging in and registering (permission error). Btw tell me if it works

Set the data provider from yaml to MySql
    PHP:
    PHP:
    # Default config for SimpleAuth plugin

#Sets the data provider (yaml, sqlite3, mysql, none).
#Only use none when there is another plugin that will integrate its dataProvider with SimpleAuth
#Be aware that data is not automatically moved between data providers.

    #For MySQL:
    #dataProviderSettings:
    # host: "127.0.0.1"
    # port: 3306
    # user: "user"
    # password: "password"
    # database: "DataBaseName"
    dataProviderSettings:
    host"**************"
    To

You need to indent the host line forward with spaces.

The next version of simpleauthhelper v2.0 includes a database monitor that should help here.

    It works, thanks! :D
But I still don't understand why it doesn't work with the original anymore?!
And also due to the file you uploaded is SimpleAuth 1.6.0 and it doesn't support colour codes!
Is there any way to do this with SimpleAuth v1.7.0/1.7.1?
