setCustomName not applying?

    PHP:
    $blue Item::get(35111);
    $blue->setCustomName(TextFormat::BLUE "Blue Particles");
    I believe this code should set the items/blocks name into Blue Particles. But it does not. How would I fix that? I use PM 1.6 #48

    Why not just send a popup instead? I believe when you select item, you recieve a popup?

    I think you need to $inv->addItem($blue) first before setItem ?
