Solved PreLoginEvent

Hello,

I just want to know if it's possible to cancel preloginevent if your transferring to another server. For example. When you transfer to another server it says "building terrain". Is there anywayi can cancel that?
*Sounds like a dumb question but I just want a yes/no answer

PlayerPreLoginEvent happens when player is locating server, before loading terrain.
