If we could run PocketMine on Chrome OS, we could run PocketMine from web hosting.

Not true. ChromeOS can easily run PocketMine. The only issue is that this person assumes PocketMine runs on Java and Javascript somehow.

You are correct. Sorry, for some reason, I thought Chrome OS wasn't Linux.

With some Chromebooks you can run Ubuntu and then through that you can run Pocketmine.

You can't. The only way to host a PocketMine server on ChromeOS is to dual-boot Linux using ChrUbuntu or crouton.

So, overall it is not easy to create PocketMine software for ChromeOS.

No, it's very easy as long as you know how to use Linux.

It should work the same way as any other Linux distro. Why do you need it?

Are you using crouton/dual-boot or are you running the server directly from ChromeOS shell?

The server might not be showing up because you aren't port forwarded. Can you at least connect to the server directly using the IP address?

I forgot.. ChromeOS blocks almost all ports even in crouton. Let me look up the commands you need to run to open these ports.
