    TO FIX THIS ERROR:
    Code:
    api-ms-win-crt-locale-l1-1-0.dll
    The old link was removed due to Microsoft removing the page off their website.
    The new link is exactly the same page, but new location.

    - Added a tool which finds your Windows Operating System Architecture (x64/x86), and downloads the corresponding Installer.

    Really handy for noobs.
