Plugin porter

Does anyone have a plugin porter that ports plugins from the old API to the new API?

I think someone started to make one but we haven't had any updates since.

Maybe a plugin could be developed to automate this and i should imagine it would take a lot of work

it would get done faster if their is money flowing through it. If you cant wait about it, hire some freelancers online.

Where would you find freelancers other than here? Most people here would do it free.
