    I think they are a little hard.
    I would prefer object-oriented sockets, like python and java.

    Okay:
    I want to create a remote console plugin(I dont like rcon).
    The thing is, PHP doesn't come with threading.
    I was thinking of using pthreads, but i'm not sure if it needs anything.

    What should i do?

    Why can't you use RCON? This seems like a lot of work when the stuff is already implemented.

    PocketMine uses pthreads, so the extension is installed by default.

    RCON doesn't give you a console log from what happened before the connection.
    Also, I would like to write my own client in java or python.
