Particles

How to create this particles ? For e.g. at a tap on the block the circle of a fiery particle is formed.

You must create particle using command.

I ask: "How to create particle with a circle? You Tap on the block and under the player the circle"

I don't know it.

There is a thread about spiral particles. Maybe you could use that?
