    Something that @shoghicp created the class, added the constructor, saw a fly, tried to hunt down the Spanish "scary big fly", got back, forgot what he wante to do, closed the tab for MonkeyPatch.php and ignored it ever after.

    TL:DR

    The idea was to support uopz to remove classes from runtime, to be able to reload plugins properly or update without restarting. But there were several limiting factors so it was dropped
