Question Make alerts and messages stand out more?

    I was wondering if you could make the little bubbles coming out of the alerts and inbox buttons stand out more? I used to quickly notice when I had new alerts by the bright red bubbles, but now, the bubbles blend in so you have to look at them to check them.
