i would consider doing something like a backend for that just out of boredom if i am not busy
but what the issue with allowing other to help on the development on the backend?
edit: also i wonder how do i "link" it to my "website" as an example i suppose you will use an API client?
secondly are the password stored locally or on your server(if that the case i dont like the sound of it at all)

    Currently, not yet
This is the current planned structure:
    Code:
                     Backend Instance
    Players -> [ Website <=> API ] <-> [ Client Game Server ] <- Players
If you would like to use your own API, then you need to handle the website thing by yourself

Both, locally and JamAuth server for security measures. And please dont ask
"Oh! So how does it stored?"
"Oh! Why would you store like that?"
    "Oh! I wonder how can I .... "
"Oh! How can I customize this and that"

JamAuth is just in initial development, everything is still an unknown and you keep asking things like these, I'm not really able to answer you.
The only thing I know is I will target the priority who wanted JamAuth to be simple and useful
And, if you really like to mess with the concept of JamAuth, I'll welcome you to do this after I finished the development.

    Guys, after weeks of efforts
I finally came out JamAuth for beta testing in Offline Mode
By Offline Mode, I mean JamAuth Plugin is not connected to website at this moment, and all website features are not available currently

This Offline release is for testing purpose only.
I've tested most of the functions and all of them are working.
If you wanted the development of JamAuth can be faster, then you can start using JamAuth and giving me error feedback via Github

For now, JamAuth is able to:
    - login & register
    - Import account data from SimpleAuth & ServerAuth (Only SimpleAuth's YAML Importer is tested)
    - built-in direct authentication method (Just like SimpleAuth Helper)
    - traditional authentication way by /login and /register are also available in config.yml
    - Customize Listener in config.yml, choose wheter to block or allow not autenticated players from moving/chatting/eating/etc
    - Customize message.yml
    - Log all activities of JamAuth

Now, you can download JamAuth at here:

Hmmm. I don't really understand what do you mean by 'issue'...

For people who would like to translate, then can always create a Pull Request for it :)
Main Language file is located at: php-build/src/JamAuth/Lang/en.yml

LoL, message.yml is the message send to player and to be edited by server owner xD

But, why do I need to create an issue? For?

Well, you can leave it as the original string if you're unable to translate. Maybe, others would come to help you finish the translation :)

Sorry, TL; DR. I want to 'add my mustard':
ServerAuth has a web API, i am trying it myself currently.
Seems to be an easy to implement code.
