I everyone, I noticed that now, the new dev build of PocketMine-MP have experimental LevelDB support, It is magnific! Now we have lots of possibilities to do on PM servers but how it works? How we can enable LevelDB support on PM servers? can any developer explain it for us? Thanks and sorry for my bad english or if I do something wrong here
You have to use the latest development (or soft) build and the latest PHP binaries on Linux. You can also compile your own binaries with this and ./compile.sh -l After doing that, PM itself will enable LevelDB support correctly and you can just drop LevelDB worlds. Then load them normally using PocketMine
It loaded great for me, I haven't had a chance to do much in the world, but everything I built on my phone before copying it seems to be there. I had the default amount of memory (256Mb) set in the server.properties, and apparently the infinite world that I loaded needed more memory, because it crashed. I changed to 512Mb and it is working fairly well at the moment.
I'm not trying to be rude shog, but I have no idea what you said there, sorry. Can you do such a thing on windows and how do I get the updated php binaries and is the ./compile.sh -1 a command in pm
When I use compiler.sh I get errors and it deletes my php7 library. Apparently it doesn't support php 7 (link). I'm confused about this. How do I run pocketmine on php 6 (or below)? Also you said that I had to use the latest php binaries. I'm trying to do this on a raspberry pi (very similar to linux) and I'm not sure if that's a problem. Thanks for any help in advance.
Hay. We have got a new forum. This forum is obsolete. Please use https://forums.pmmp.io for all your PocketMine needs.
