Not every item in Minecraft is "special". Some items are plain old regular items. And please stop spamming random threads. And PS: apples give you health, and feathers are used to craft arrows.
Lots of items are needed to craft something but they are not in "item" folder —,— . But almost all items there have some special feature (tools, Cake, cauldron, flint and steel) PS: steak gives you health too
