Discussion Is anyone else fed up with PM poor quality?

I report bugs, the post or thread gets shut down, my kids are going up the wall and now only play local maps. All worlds got broken with the API 1.4 update so they lost everything. Survival is utterly unplayable as. You can't even keep something in your hot bar let alone make a chest. Shoving says he can't repro a problem with chests... I can't even make one now.
I understand this is a voluntary project, if I was to put my name by anything I'd make a damned better job of it than this.
