    Once you have a block object you can do: $level = $blockObject->level;

    Actually, .phar very well exists back in that time.
    In fact, it existed for quite awhile.

    Yep. I'm pretty sure back then pocketmine was a folder with all the API files in it, and plugins were only files with the ".PHP" extension.
