    maybe someday someone will make a uncaps browser plugin which render any caps as not caps for now
    it is the user choice to put full caps or not

    I think he means that you place a chest at x,y,z and no matter where you are you for example run a command called /open (chest) and gets the chest at x,y,z and opens the container for you :)
