    I suggest you use a PC to edit code. Android isn't the best device for coding, as there's less functionality on it. BTW, which resource did you download? The plugin skeleton code?

    *facepalm* Which repository? You need to be more specific. You don't just go on PocketMine's GitHub page and press "Download ZIP". You must have gone to a repository. Please post the link here.
