How to edit a .phar plugin

Hello. I dont know how to edit a .phar plugin. What thing I can use to edit .phar files? Thanks

Extract them using Devtools or unphar.com.

.phar is like .zip. It includes lot of PHP files. So you have to extract it, edit it and re-phar it.
