onEnable AND onLoad are called when the plugin is loading - server is starting up - no players online... (Unless using /reload)
Well that was what I was thinking off, when you actually put the plugin in your ftp/sftp, and /reload the server, however, the main point was to give him the learner an idea of how Public Function works
/reload just disables the plugin and enables it again, and it does not reload the plugin's source.
The default visibility of a class method (class function) is public so it is not necessary, but it is a popular code style to add the `public` modifier there to assure it.
