Good App For .php/.phar Plugin Making

I'm new to these forums and plugin making. I know basic plugin making for Pocketmine. I use my PC to make them and would like to know if there are any good php IDE and .phar making apps on Google Play. If there are, could you please tell me the name?

Use NetBean or PHPStorm.

I'm using Xcode (on Macintosh)
On iOS device, i'm using iFile (Jailbreak application) and TurboClient (AppStore).

On Windows, I use Brackets.io. but when im at college, (also windows) I use Netbeans IDE.

NetBeans and PhpStorm are the best for object-oriented PHP. Eclipse is terrible at this.

If you want to make a phar very quickly, also try http://pmt.mcpe.me/insta/ with GitHub Gist editor no prediction, but as good as NotePad++

I also use a phar maker on android, its called "Phar".

If you want a php IDE on android, then I would recommend ypu DroidEdit, but I'd rather use a PC one like PHPStorm
