    Rules need to be much more stricter here, moderators should be able to change the title to one that is a better description of the post.

    He actually gave me a PM warning about having the title in all caps. Guess I'm sort of being a hypocrite there. :p

    XenForo has one of the best adminitration panels around
    i use it myself
    administrators can give edit post/topic permissions without giving any other permission
