    Okay, so if you have you structure all done and everything, you might want to download GitHub Desktop to help you out. It's a GUI to upload and clone repositories from GitHub available for Windows, OS X and (Linux?). If you need more help, try contacting GitHub Support or you can PM me directly to avoid off-topic.
