Mine is already done and posted. I also have a working add-on to it for showing the amount of players, but I don't think I will post that since you guys are doing that with your plugins

What types of announcements?

What ever you want to let people know, you can customize it in the config file

I put announcements on a sign and nothing happens

Announcments capital A. I guess I will add support for lowercase a in the next update

On the first line of a sign, put "Announcement" make sure to spell it right

Is there any way of getting the sign to display who's on the server?

There are a few problems. Users need to change all instances of 15 to 14 in the php file. Announcement line 4 does not show. Sometimes the yml fill becomes distorted and extra test and duplications are added. A sign needs to be replaced for any edits to the config will be seen.
