how about you use addentitypacket instead of addmobpacket , you well have more choices like you can disguise into a minecart or falling block (but i am not sure if you can change the texture) or dropped item

Not sure as to the format of this packet when adding mobs. I do plan on implementing falling block and minecarts though
Your lag fixer plugin shouldn't cause any issues. DisguiseMe will intercept the AddPlayerPacket and convert it to an AddMobPacket as appropriate. So hidePlayer(), showPlayer() and canSee() will work as expected.

If you aren't using Alpha_1.4 and the latest release I can't provide support. If you are using Steadfast it's because the plugin works directly with the packet interface and such has an MCPE support version alongside the PocketMine support version. The first version supports 0.8.1 and 1.3 the new update supports 0.9.0 and 1.4.
It works now that I checked.. But disguises are only shown to those who rejoin.

Anyhow I really love this plugin and I plan on using it when Pocketmine 1.4 is ready for production servers. On Pocketmine 1.4 does the mob change happen immediately?
How stable is the current beta build of Pocketmine 1.4? Would it be a bad idea to switch over to it?
Yep, and it's more compatible with other plugins.
@Falk it maxes out with three players online though.. And each of my servers frequents 40-80 at all times.
