Developing a map for my plugin (see thread here) and can’t going –anyone have a recipe / steps for editing maps outside of PE and successfully importing them? I’ve tried a bunch of different things including what’s on the readme with no success.
here's what I get when I attempt to open a world generated by pocketmine: "It looks like this level is completely empty! You'l have to create some chunks before you can get started.
When you are at the "homepage" type open level and import the level.dat file from the mcpe world folder You will be able to import it in a anvil world format You can make a schematic or make a copy to paste in another world (anvil for PM)
ok with Jon's help finally got through this. Main point is generate your world with minecraft PC Version, then copy that map (from your C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\<world> to the PocketMine Worlds folder, and roll from there with MCEdit, etc. I think I was stuck up on the fact I thought I had to start with what PM creates .... not the case
