Oh sorry but how do you target player $this->api->chat->broadcast("Laugh at " $target, $username); <- that how when you do /random (name) and it broadcast that ^

$this->api->chat->sendTo(false, "Laugh at ".$target, $username);

or

$player = $this->api->player->get($username);
$player->sendChat("Laugh at ".$target);

$player -> sendChat(.$tatget "farted!");
