Custom Plugin Development Help

Hello! I am the owner of the APEX server, and I am interested in making apex a network of servers. For one of my server ideas, I would need a couple plugins custom made for me, which I was told were not that hard to develop. If you are willing to help, and you are experienced in developing, please private message me, and I will give all of the information.
