Failed parsing ChatGuard
There is a known error with ChatPro and ChatGuard being used together, not sure if this is the reason
I get the same error when using the dynamic loader, so I just downloaded the actual plugin from github and loaded that instead. That one works, but when I use it, the prefixes that I set with Permission+ and ChatControl aren't used; is it possible to fix this?
The way the plugin is constructed messages are sent with api->chat->send and this prevents you using prefixes.
Here guys use this code instead.https://gist.github.com/sekjun9878/6636915#file-chatguard-php-L51
[ERROR] ChatGuard.php is not a file
Yeah that means you hardlinked (copied) the file instead of moving it to your plugins folder.
I always drag and drop and never had an errors. Thanks for the reply so how do I fix this? Thanks again!
@sekjun9878, I am asking you for permission to base another plugin off of ChatGuard. I will give full credit to you in the code and in the plugin description. Are you OK with this?
Still getting the "Chatguard.php is not a file" error. I am only using chat defender and that is all I have for chat control. Could that be conflicting? Thanks.
It could be conflicting but that wouldn't be the error you would receive.
Yeah that is true, I assume I would be getting a more complex error.
gUYS EDIT THE SWEARWORDS.TXT AND REPLACE IT WITH THIS,
It supports capatilizing swearwords and blocking the words op
How did you get yours to work without saying "chatguard.php" is not a file
What do I do with line 51? Or do I make a new php and copy and paste that into it?
NVM I got it to work thanks for the lead! I always changed the swear list!
Your version of the blocker does not work, only the default wordlist
what? noo! wait USE THIS ADRESS
it works for me!
I did. I replaced the default one and it has an error.
