Could you please add where if you survive you get money

Just add a command in the config that pays a player.

Permission: bambam.command.bam

It should work for all default players.

Oh i saw the permission node as "bambam.command.me" in the plugin overview instead of "bambam.command.bam"

It doesn't say bambam.command.me in the overview though.

Open your eyes and read. There is no bambam.command.me, only bambam.command.bam.

I changed the permission node in the PurePerms plugin but it still working only for Admins

i have this installed but commands don't work - /bam just comes up as a message on screen

You didn't set up the config file correct. Show me what you have in config.yml.
