README About Featured Plugins and special Tags

After the latest updates on the Plugin Repository, we have added several new features so people can find the plugins they want easily.

Featured Plugins
These plugins are manually selected by the PocketMine Team due to its code quality, features, the idea behind it, or its usefulness. Having a good description, good code and a good idea behind it are a good start if you want your plugin to be featured. The team won't accept requests for plugins to be featured.

Official Tag
This tag will only be used for plugins developed by the Team, and only a few specific that are on the PocketMine repository. other plugins that do the same thing as an official plugin are not allowed as a protection.

Essential Tag
This tag will be given to plugins that are recommended to use, or add basic things to PocketMine-MP.

Other tags (Experimental, For Dev.)
All developers can tag their plugins with these tags. They must not be abused.
