BlockLauncher Pro, BlockLauncher Free, and Vanilla MCPE will all give different UUIDs when playing on the same device.

I said you can send any arbitrary data, but I didn't say the data you send must be valid if the server actively checks.

The wifi was the same. I literally switched applications and joined. Obviously the launcher is changing something.
This might be a way to detect if the client is on blocklauncher! 0.o
First, you sure you have pure BlockLauncher with no mods, or scripts, or addons?
Second, can you show what client IDs they are displaying?

what if all mods launcher will set a prefix in UUID even it is changeable but better then nothing?

Conclusion: if IP address is considered as unreliable, the only way is to send some data that identify the player and can be validated by the server. For example, MojangAuth.
