Inactive TimeZones 2

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with time.
- Fixed crash issues with colors.

Additions:
- Added support for BasicHUD by @aliuly
- Added popups.

Recommended to remove the information folder before running!

Now updated with colors! See config.yml for setup instructions!

Now that I have successfully learned how to make a config file correctly, this version now has auto config!

Instructions for old users:

If you want the new clean auto config, delete the data folder for my plugin and launch the new one. That simple.

Otherwise, my plugin should work for older configs as long as you did it correctly.
