Stops users advertising other servers!

    For PocketMine-MP:
    Alpha_1.4 - API 1.0.0
    This is a simple plugin which kicks a user every time he/she attempts to advertise on the server.
    This plugin protects against IP's such as: 123.123.123.1
    and domains such as: myServer.com

    So for instance, if a player was to say
    "Hey everyone come join my server 212.142.15.83:19132"
    That message will be stopped and not sent, which means the other players on the server wont see the message and the player who send the message will be kicked from the server

    Awesome :) update it to pocketmine 1.6 because when smeone advertise the server wiill crashed and create crash dump plz fix it. this really awesome if u fix it:)
