    It's pretty awesome, I know what I want to have in a plugin and can customize it any way I want. And if I want to make a specialized minigame I can make it myself.

    The CTF plugin is nice, but has a few bugs with undefined index. I also can't download it because of maintenance on EpicMC.us/plugins

    Don't do that. @Humerus will either delete your plugin without a second thought, or purposely wait an extra three weeks or so to review it.

    No, sometimes plugins get forgotten about. It is @Humerus job to make sure plugins are reviewed in a timely manner. He has never taken any action which would make me believe that he would decline a plugin in bad faith.
