    The key is only spending 3 to 4 hours a week in the gym. For all the hardgainers who workout 6 times a week, this should come as a pleasant surprise Nitric Rush. The reason is hardgainers take longer to recover than others. Letting your body recover is the key to adding muscle. If you are working out much more than 3 to 4 hours a week, you are probably overtraining your body. This actually is more likely to weaken your muscles than strengthen them.
