    my Router Setting has only TCP in it no TCP&UDP do i need to portforward it again, for the UDP?

    It should be the same. The only difference is that u can find your ipv4 address on the pocketmine app (it always starts with 192.168.X.X)

    Wait, how do i find my router username and passwod? I lost my router Manual and I'm broke so I can't use paid hosts.

    It is not on my router. The only things are
    WEP PIN
    WEP KEY
    I always type my WEP key for my wi-fi password

    Yes, u can do the in-browser port forward stuff. Its a HTML page so u can use it.But you cant use the CMD on your tablet.
