    Use FastTransfer and create plugin with PlayerPreLoginEvent
    And code: $this->getServer()->getPluginManager()->getPlugin("FastTransfer")->transferPlayer($event->getPlayer(), "IP", "Port");
    Warning: IP is external!

    Or more precisely, the IP you expect players to type if they are to connect by clicking on the screen.
    Note #1: it is more efficient to use the IPv4 address directly.
    Note #2: check if FastTransfer is loaded.

    This thread is very old, discussed when the FastTransfer protocol was not introduced. Please don't bump old threads.

    join commands and set kick when the player join then there is a plugin named fallback sends the player to the other server

    note : you need fast transfer
