I am not rooted, what else can I use to install a app? Also, I would try recompileing the apk, as I can't change it to a zip and view the app.

Check the error from this plugin in the comments,
it seems like droidpocketmine doesn't let a plugin create files.

    This is what mine says:
    [DroidPocketMine] Server is starting...
    [DroidPocketMine] Server was started.
    [Server]
[Server] Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /storage/sdcard0/DroidPocketMine/PocketMine-MP.php on line 33
    [DroidPocketMine] Server was stopped.

And it changes the parsing error message every time

The parsing error is a known one, however I do not know why is it. Try redownloading and give me your phone name.

Ive already tried downloading it like nineteen times same thing and i have droid razr by Motorola

Don't mean to sound hateful sorry
Also when im in the version manager it crashes or doesn't install the version and gets stuck on 90%
But if I turn my phone side ways it stops installing and says that it is installed but if I try to use it, it crashes
And how do I fix this?

This app runs fine! I juat think it would be cool if there was support for the Dev version.
